Registrations began on Saturday, and bookings are set to start on January 28, 2026.
A major highlight of this scheme is a 25% discount on flats across all categories, making it an attractive opportunity for first-time buyers and middle-income families.

The scheme includes flats in the Narela and Siraspur areas:
Narela: 1,301 flats
HIG: 298

EWS: 63
Siraspur: 411 LIG flats
The DDA has clarified that applications can be submitted completely online through the official DDA website, ensuring transparency and convenience for applicants.
Premium Housing Scheme 2026
Alongside the Citizen Housing Scheme, DDA has also announced the Premium Housing Scheme 2026.
This scheme offers 582 flats and garages through online e-auction, covering all categories: HIG, MIG, LIG, and EWS.
Interested buyers must register and deposit earnest money by February 13.
The e-auction will start on February 23.
Meeting Delhi’s Housing Needs
The DDA states that these schemes aim to address Delhi’s growing housing demand and provide affordable homes for middle- and low-income groups.
The online process will help reduce corruption and speed up services for applicants.
With benefits like 25% discounts and the chance to bid in e-auctions, these schemes are a great opportunity for anyone looking to buy a home in Delhi.
