The deposit is non-refundable but will be adjusted against the total cost.

Eligible Institutions: Central and state government ministries, public universities, PSUs, and autonomous bodies.
Application Process: Institutions must apply offline through the Principal Commissioner Housing, DDA.
Allocation will also follow the FCFS rule, depending on availability.
Flat Condition and Payment Terms
The DDA has confirmed that the construction of flats is over 90% complete.
Buyers currently need to pay 75% of the flat price, with the remaining 25% payable before possession.
Expected possession is by July 2026.
The cost does not include GST (5%), maintenance charges, water charges, or conversion charges.
