Only 5 days are left for the special Diwali Bonanza offer from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), India’s state-owned telecom company.
This limited-time offer will end on November 15.
Under this festive plan, BSNL is offering a 30-day plan for just ₹1. The offer was launched especially for new users and provides several benefits at a nominal price.
Users can enjoy unlimited voice calling, 2GB of data per day, 100 SMS per day, and even get a free SIM card, all with a validity of 30 days.
Offer Details and Eligibility
The ₹1 Diwali plan was introduced between October 15 and November 15 to attract new customers during the festive season. Here’s what new users get with this plan:
Unlimited voice calling for 30 days
Free national roaming
100 SMS per day
2GB of daily data (total 60GB high-speed data)
However, existing BSNL users cannot avail this offer. It is available only for new users activating a BSNL connection for the first time.
Reliance Jio and BSNL Partnership
In a related update, Reliance Jio has entered into an Intra-Circle Roaming (ICR) partnership with BSNL in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
Through this collaboration, Jio users in remote areas of these states can now connect to BSNL’s network where Jio’s coverage is limited.
This ICR facility is available on select prepaid recharge plans from Jio.
Customers will be able to use voice calls, data, and SMS services seamlessly on the BSNL network within the same circle.
