HDFC Bank UPI Services will be temporarily Unavailable in November

HDFC Bank, India’s largest private bank, has announced that its UPI services will face temporary disruptions due to system maintenance.

This is important for customers who frequently use UPI for transactions.

The maintenance is part of the bank’s efforts to improve the quality and security of its digital services.

HDFC assures users that all services will return to normal once the upgrade is complete.

Scheduled Maintenance Timings

The UPI disruptions will occur on the following dates:

November 8, 2025: From 2:30 AM to 6:30 AM (approximately 4 hours)

November 15, 2025: From 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM (approximately 90 minutes)

During these periods, HDFC Bank customers will not be able to use UPI services linked to their accounts.

What Customers Should Do

HDFC Bank recommends using alternative payment methods, such as the PayZapp wallet, during the maintenance windows.

Customers planning important transactions are advised to complete payments in advance to avoid inconvenience.

The bank emphasized that this temporary outage is only during the maintenance period, and services will resume normally afterward.

HDFC also thanked customers for their cooperation, stating that the upgrade is aimed at making banking faster and more secure.
