In a notice to the stock exchange, V-Mart Retail said it will distribute 3 bonus shares for every 1 share with a face value of Rs 10.
The company informed the exchange about this bonus share on May 2. However, the record date for this bonus issue has not been announced yet.
V-Mart’s Previous Bonus and Dividend History
This is the first time V-Mart Retail will be trading ex-bonus. Earlier, the company only gave dividends to investors.
According to BSE data, the company issued bonus shares back in 2013, when investors received a benefit of Rs 1 per share.
The last time the company traded ex-bonus was in 2022, when it paid a dividend of 75 paise per share.
