HDFC Credit Card Update: HDFC Bank has changed the airport lounge access rules for Tata Neu Infinity and Tata Neu Plus credit card holders.
Starting June 10, 2025, direct entry to lounges by swiping the card will no longer be allowed.
Instead, cardholders will now receive lounge access vouchers based on how much they spend each quarter.
Spend ₹50,000 to Get a Lounge Voucher
To get a lounge voucher, you must spend at least ₹50,000 in a calendar quarter.
Tata Neu Infinity Credit Card users will receive 2 free domestic lounge vouchers per quarter (up to 8 vouchers per year).
Tata Neu Plus Credit Card users will receive 1 voucher per quarter (up to 4 vouchers per year).
Once you meet the spending requirement, you’ll be notified via SMS and email.
You can claim your voucher by visiting the link in the message and logging in with your mobile number registered with the bank.
The voucher must be claimed within 120 days of issue.
It must be used within 180 days of being issued.
How to Check Your Spending and Voucher Eligibility
After June 10, 2025, you can check your spending status and eligibility through HDFC NetBanking or the MobileBanking App:
Go to the Credit Card section.
Select your Tata Neu card.
Click on Redeem Reward Points.
Go to MyReward Spend Promo Details to view your status.
Note: If your card is upgraded, lost, or reissued, only spending on the new card will count toward voucher eligibility.
Current Lounge Access Valid Until June 9, 2025
Until June 9, 2025, the existing lounge access benefits will still apply:
Tata Neu Infinity cardholders get 2 domestic lounge visits per quarter (total of 8 per year).
Tata Neu Plus cardholders get 1 domestic visit per quarter (total of 4 per year).
Access is available on VISA and RuPay cards for a charge of ₹2 per visit.
Changes to International Lounge Access
Starting June 1, 2025, Tata Neu Infinity VISA cardholders will receive a Priority Pass for international lounges only on request.
This pass will offer 4 free international lounge visits per year (1 per quarter).
After that, each visit will cost $27 + GST.
This fee will also apply to any guests using the Priority Pass.
