A new flight timetable has been announced for Patna Airport. Air India Express has introduced three new flights—one each to Delhi, Chennai, and Bangalore.
With this update, the total number of daily flight pairs (one arrival and one departure) has increased from 43 to 45.
However, one pair of flights on the Kolkata-Patna route has been reduced.
According to the new schedule, the first flight from Patna to Delhi departs at 8:30 AM, and the last Air India flight leaves at 10:40 PM.
Increased Flights and City Connections
Patna Airport now has direct flights to 13 cities: Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Ranchi, Lucknow, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Chandigarh, Pune, Guwahati,
and Bhubaneswar. There are still no direct flights to Deoghar, Amritsar, Jaipur, Bhopal, Varanasi, or Prayagraj.
From April 1, the number of daily flights increased to 45 pairs, operating between 7:35 AM and 11:35 PM. Within this 16-hour window, 45 planes will land and 45 will take off.
On specific routes
Delhi-Patna-Delhi will now have 13 pairs of flights.
Patna-Bengaluru flights increased from 8 to 9 pairs.
Patna-Chennai now has 2 flight pairs, up from 1.
Flights to Mumbai (4), Hyderabad (5), Kolkata (3), and Bhubaneswar (2) remain steady.
There is one flight each to Ahmedabad, Ranchi, Lucknow, Guwahati, Pune, and Chandigarh.
The last flight of the day from Patna departs at 11:25 PM.
