PNB Alert: Update Your K.Y.C by April 10, 2025

The bank has urged its customers to update their Know Your Customer (KYC) details by April 10, 2025.

This is in accordance with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.

The notice applies to account holders who were previously asked to update their KYC by March 31, 2025.

How to Update KYC?

PNB customers can update their KYC using the following methods:

  • Visit a PNB Branch – Submit Identity Proof, Address Proof, Recent Photograph, PAN Card/Form 60, Income Proof, and Mobile Number (if not provided earlier).
  • Online Update from Home – Use the PNB ONE app to update KYC.
  • Through Internet Banking – Login to PNB Online Banking and update KYC.
  • Via Email or Post – Send your KYC documents to your base branch.

If customers fail to update their KYC by April 10, 2025, they will not be able to make any transactions from their account.

How to Check PNB KYC Status?

To check if your KYC is updated, follow these steps:

  1. Login to PNB Online Banking.
  2. Go to Personal Settings and check KYC status.

If an update is required, a message will appear on the screen.

2) If an update is needed, follow the given instructions to complete the process.
