Required Documents
To add a new member to your ration card, make sure you have the following documents ready in digital form:
- Aadhaar card of the new member
- Bank account passbook
- Income certificate
- Caste certificate
- Address proof
- Active mobile number
- Passport-sized photo
How to Use the App
To add a new member to your ration card, simply use the Mera Ration App 2.0, available on the Google Play Store.
After downloading, you can complete the entire process from the comfort of your home.
OTP Verification
First, download and install the app. Then, you will receive an OTP on the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar card. Use this OTP for verification. The process is easy and secure.
Set MPIN
Once verified, set an MPIN in the app so you don’t need to check your Aadhaar card repeatedly. After setting it, you’ll be able to access the app’s dashboard directly.
Adding a New Member
To add a new member, go to the Family Details section on the dashboard. You will see your ration card details and family members listed there.
Click on “Add New Member,” fill out the form, and upload the required documents. Once done, click the Submit button.
