2025 Kawasaki Ninja 500 launched with New Paint Scheme: See Price and Features

The Kawasaki Ninja 500 has been one of the priciest bikes in its segment, and with the 2025 model, its price has risen by Rs 5000.

The 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 500 is now available at an ex-showroom price of Rs 5.29 lakh.

This model features a new paint scheme, but there are no changes to its mechanical specifications.

Design

The design of the 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 500 sets it apart from other Kawasaki models, with a unique super-sport motorcycle look.

It features a new LED headlight and tail light, although it still uses halogen indicators.

Engine

The Kawasaki Ninja 500 is powered by a 451cc liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine that produces 45 PS of power and 42.6 Nm of torque.

The engine offers smooth, linear power delivery, providing the same power as the discontinued Ninja 400, but with 5 Nm more torque. This ensures a comfortable and stable ride for the Ninja 500.

Suspension

The Ninja 500 features a high tensile steel frame with a non-adjustable front suspension.

It offers comfortable handling and performs well in corners. Weighing 171 kg, it is relatively light for a 451cc motorcycle.

Ergonomics

The Kawasaki Ninja 500 strikes a good balance between a sporty and comfortable riding position.

It features high-set clip-ons and rear-set footpegs, making it ideal for sports touring.

Features

The Kawasaki Ninja 500 comes with advanced features, though it remains one of the more basic motorcycles at its price.

It includes features like a slipper and assist clutch, dual-channel ABS, and a color LCD screen, but lacks navigation.

Rivals

In the Indian market, the Kawasaki Ninja 500 will compete with the Aprilia RS 457, which also offers many great features. The Aprilia RS 457 is priced at Rs 4.20 lakh ex-showroom.
