The Express Lite fare offers additional benefits, such as the option to pre-book 3 kg of extra cabin baggage for free and discounted check-in baggage rates.
You can also get 15 kg of baggage for Rs 1000 on domestic flights and 20 kg for Rs 1300 on international flights.

Air India Express recently launched its ‘New Year Sale,’ offering passengers the opportunity to book flights at discounted rates starting from Rs 1599 for Express Value fares.
The sale was open for bookings until January 5, 2025, with travel dates available between January 8 and September 20, 2025, for domestic flights at affordable prices.
25% off on Express Biz Fares
Air India Express is also offering a 25% discount on Express Biz fares, which provide a business class-like experience with seats offering up to 58 inches of pitch on its new fleet of 35 Boeing 737-8 aircraft.
These aircraft are part of the airline’s fast expansion, with a new plane being added to the fleet every week.
Loyalty members can also enjoy a 25% discount on ‘Gourmeier’ hot meals, seat selection, and Express Ahead priority services.
