Get 10% Off Fares with NCRTC’s New Loyalty Points Program

The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has introduced a new loyalty points program for passengers using the ‘RRTS Connect’ mobile app.

Starting from December 21, passengers traveling via Namo Bharat trains can enjoy up to a 10% discount on fares through this program.

How the Loyalty Points Program Works

Passengers will earn 1 loyalty point for every rupee spent on Namo Bharat train tickets. Each point is worth ₹0.10 (10 paise)

and will be credited to the passenger’s ‘RRTS Connect’ account. These points can later be used to buy tickets for future travel.

Boosting Digital Ticket Usage

This new program not only offers savings to passengers but also encourages the use of digital QR tickets via the ‘RRTS Connect’ app.

This initiative promotes paperless ticketing, which is more eco-friendly. It aligns with NCRTC’s goal of improving people’s lives by offering fast, safe, and sustainable travel options.

Special Offers for New Users

New users who download the ‘RRTS Connect’ app will receive 500 loyalty points, which equals ₹50. Users can also earn an additional 500 points by referring others to the app.

Both the person making the referral and the new user will get 500 points each, which will be added to their accounts.

All points earned will be valid for one year, promoting regular travel and app usage. The app is available for download on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Additional Features in the RRTS Connect App

Feeder Bus Services: Check bus schedules and connections for travel from RRTS stations.

Station Features: Get information about station amenities like drinking water, toilets, lifts, and escalators.

Direct Assistance: Contact the station control room via phone or WhatsApp for help.
