e-Daakhil Portal Now available cross India

The government announced on Wednesday that the ‘e-Daakhil’ portal has now been successfully launched in all states and union territories across India.

This portal is designed to offer a quick, low-cost, and hassle-free way for consumers to register complaints.

There are currently 2,81,024 registered users, with 1,98,725 cases filed. Of those, 38,453 cases have already been resolved.

The Ministry of Consumer Affairs highlighted that the e-filing portal, now accessible nationwide, will change the way consumer rights are handled in India.

The government is also working on improving and expanding the platform to meet the growing needs of consumers.
