Mild cold weather is anticipated in Punjab and Haryana after November 15. Cold conditions may also affect Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar,
and Jharkhand between November 15 and 20. Hilly areas might experience increasing cold from this week.

In Tamil Nadu, a yellow alert for heavy rain has been issued for districts including Kanyakumari, Tirunelveli, and Madurai. Light rain and thunderstorms are also expected in other areas.
Karnataka is likely to see light rain and strong winds in districts such as Shimoga and Mysore. In Kerala, heavy rain is expected in Thiruvananthapuram
and surrounding areas, with a yellow alert issued for thunderstorms and rain.
