The Government of India has announced an increase in the Minimum Support Price (MSP) for several key crops.

The government has raised the MSP of wheat by Rs 150, bringing it to Rs 2,425 per quintal.

Prices of other crops also increased
The government has raised the MSP of gram by Rs 210, making it Rs 5,650. Barley’s MSP has increased by Rs 130 to Rs 1,980, while dal’s MSP has gone up by Rs 275 to Rs 6,700.
Additionally, safflower’s MSP has risen by Rs 140 to Rs 5,940. These increases aim to provide better income for farmers.
