Passengers of Namo Bharat Train can now enjoy a 10% discount on every journey. NCRTC has introduced this new offer as part of its loyalty point program, allowing customers to save on tickets purchased through the Namo Bharat mobile app. In addition, a 10% discount is also available for passengers using NCMC cards.
What is the Loyalty Point Program?
Under this loyalty program, passengers earn one point for every rupee spent on travel using NCMC cards on Namo Bharat trains.
Each loyalty point is worth ₹0.10 (10 paise), and the points will be credited to the passenger’s NCMC account. For example, if a passenger spends ₹100, they will earn 100 points (equivalent to ₹10) in their NCMC account.
These points can be redeemed at the station ticket counter for discounts. The program is available for any NCMC card.
Benefits of the Loyalty Program
This initiative allows passengers to save money on their travel. By purchasing digital QR tickets through the NaMo Bharat app, passengers can also contribute to a cleaner
and more sustainable future. The loyalty program helps regular travelers get cost-effective trips by accumulating bonuses with every journey.
Special Offer for New Users
To encourage new users, NCRTC offers 500 loyalty points (worth ₹50) to those who download the NaMo Bharat app. Users can also earn an additional 500 loyalty points by referring the app to others.
Both the referrer and the referee will receive ₹50 (500 loyalty points) credited to their accounts. All loyalty points are valid for one year from the date they are credited. The NaMo Bharat App is available on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
